Tool Listings & Content

Tool listings on aifindr.org are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the functionality, security, or accuracy of any listed tool. Tool descriptions are submitted by community members and may contain inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to remove or reject any tool listing at our discretion, including but not limited to listings that appear fraudulent, contain malicious content, or violate applicable laws.

Submissions & User Content

By submitting a tool to aifindr.org, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the right to submit the tool and its related information.
• The tool does not contain malware, phishing, or other harmful code.
• The tool's description is original content (not copied from other sources).

Submitted content is licensed under the same MIT + Commons Clause license as the project, unless otherwise specified.

Backlinks & Attribution

When your tool submission is approved, you automatically receive dofollow backlinks as described in our submission process. We reserve the right to modify or remove backlinks if:

• The tool listing is removed or becomes inactive.
• The submitted website URL is found to be malicious or misleading.
• The tool's status changes to discontinued.

Intellectual Property

The aifindr.org codebase is open source under the MIT + Commons Clause license. The name "aifindr", the logo, and the site design are intellectual property of the project maintainers. Tool logos, names, and associated media remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

aifindr.org is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall the project maintainers be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site or any linked tool. This is a community project maintained by volunteers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. As this is an open-source project with global contributors, any disputes shall be resolved through community discussion and GitHub issue resolution rather than litigation.
